If you enter payment card details online, we will not charge your card at that point, we will only check the validity of the card. If this fails, you will be notified of this on the website or in the mobile application. If your card fails, you can provide alternative cards. Your payment card will only be charged after we delivered your shopping.
For payment at door, you can use the following cards:
- Visa debit
- Visa electron
- Visa credit card
- MasterCard
- Maestro
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept cash.
If none of your payment cards work, or in the very rare occasion that we have connection difficulties with the payment system at your door, we will have to take the products back to the store, and if we cannot deliver your products later, your order will be cancelled. In this case, you do not have to pay, the amount blocked on your credit card will be freed.
