The product selected by the customer may not be available on the shop floor of the store providing your online services on the day of collection for some reason. For this case you can decide when compiling your shopping whether you want to receive substitute products instead of the selected products. You can choose to have substitutions for the whole shopping, or only for selected products. If we are able to offer you substitutions instead of the product of your choice, we will list them at the very beginning of the delivery note sent to you electronically on the day of collection (and also given to you in printed form at the time of collection), showing the exact quantity, unit price and receipt indicating the price valid on the day of collection, so that you have the opportunity to compare the selected and the substitute products before collection.
