  1. How many points do I need to convert them into instant digital vouchers?
    You need at least 400 points in your Clubcard account to start using instant digital vouchers.
  2. In what denominations are instant digital vouchers available?
    Instant digital vouchers are currently available in denominations of 400 Ft.
  3. How many vouchers can I receive in one conversion?
    The Clubcard mobile app will calculate how many instant digital vouchers you are eligible for based on your points balance. For example, if you have 900 points, you will receive two 400 Ft vouchers, and 100 points will remain in your balance.
  4. Can I convert vouchers back into points?
    No, once you’ve converted your points into instant digital vouchers, they cannot be converted back into points.
  5. What happens to my points if I don’t convert them into instant digital vouchers and the points collection period ends?
    This depends on how many points you have at the end of the collection period. If you have 800 or more points, they will be converted into vouchers and sent to you as part of your statement (any unconverted points will remain in your balance and carry over to the next period). If you have fewer than 800 points, the points will remain in your balance and carry over to the next period.
