As a Merchandise Planning Manager you will be providing the delivery of the financial KPI’s of the Merchandise Plan. You will be supporting the department strategy and prepare Sales, Stock and Profit Plans. In conjunction with the Buying Manager, you ensure product ranges deliver clear statements and improve return on space. You lead a team who manage the day to day trading and set department targets to drive improvements. You recognise business needs and ensure the team focus on optimising sales, profitability and control the flow of stock within the department.
Szakterület megnevezése: Logisztika Főbb feladatok: As a Merchandise Planning Manager your day to day duties will include but are not limited to:
• Reviewing weekly trade and ensuring optimum stock levels meet the Sales Plan and KPI’s in place
• Reviewing and planning range performance and identifying opportunities to improve short and long term plans
• Leading and coaching the assistant Merchandising Planners
• Managing the critical path
• Provide clear communications to the business ensuring merchandising activities are delivered in the most effective and accurate way possible
• Demonstrate attention to detail, a creative flair, good communication skills and build strong relationships with suppliers and categories.
Szükséges végzettség: Főiskola, vagy Egyetem
Amit kérünk: As a Merchandise Planning Manager you will need experience in the following:
• Have at least 1 year experience in Buying, Merchandise planning or Supply Chain
• Fluent English and Slovakian or Czech in speaking and writing is a must
• Organisational and strong communication skills
• Providing financial analysis in merchandising plans
• Preparing sales, stock and profit plans
• Providing support to the team and putting clear targets in place
• Providing analysis on range and space performance vs the budget/forecast
