Roles and responsibilities

  • Ownership for service processes for Front End & CSD in CE
  • Find opportunities to deliver simplification and standardization
  • Stakeholder support and expertise for other various function
  • Support local teams in implementing, operating and sustaining activities linked to our core CS activities
  • Collaborate with local and central teams
  • Continue development using his/her expertise in CS operations.
