CE Project Manager Supply Chain

Roles and responsibilities

  • Managing projects end-to-end within Central-Europe.
  • Responsible to lead the given projects throughout the define, measure, analyse, improve and control
  • Building project business cases (agreeing scope and objectives) and identifying critical success factors.
  • Oversee the pilots and track and manage risks and issues and benefits
  • Managing key stakeholders and dependencies to establish ways of work and alignment of approaches
  • Creating the initial project plan, subsequently tracking and reporting progress to the line manager and the governance forum
  • Establishing and filling resource requirements whilst balancing budgets and individual development needs
  • Setting up project budgeting, planning and create processes, to ensure expectations are clearly established and standards are followed
  • Creating communication packs
  • Support the country deployment teams as an internal consultant after handover to the business to ensure sustainability
  • Seek for new and innovative ways to improve the business for our customers

You will be great in this role if you have

  • University/college degree
  • Advanced level of English
  • End-to-end Project Management experience within a complex and large organisation framework
  • Project management methodology / qualification
  • Data analysis and report preparation
  • MS Office (Power Point, Visio, etc.)
  • Excellent stakeholder management, very good engaging skills
  • Internal drive, proactivity
  • Good analysing and decision making skills
