Smoothie

ingredients

  • 1-2 pieces of banana
  • 2 cups of berry fruit (for example blackberry)
  • 1 cup of water
  • leaves of mint

Method

This quick vitamin pleasure is ideal for breakfast, lunch, or even as a healthy dessert. The procedure is simple:

Put the pieces of banana into the smoothie mixer, add washed blackberries (they can be frozen, the drink will taste almost like an ice cream), mix all over, add water and again mix it all bit longer. Mint can be used as a decoration or mixed right in the beverage.

If you want to prepare for yourself or your child something more full-filling, add to this recipe 2 table-spoons of oatmeal, chia seeds and instead of water use milk. Mix everything together and leave it for a while to fuse all flavours.
