Crackers from chickpeas and oatmeal

  • 1 cup of chickpeas four
  • 1 tablespoon of black sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of melted coconut oil
  • 40ml water
Buy ingredients online


1. Preheat 200 degrees. Mix the chickpeas flour, sesame seeds, baking powder and salt. Add into the coconut oil and slowly add water.

2. Mix with hands into a smooth texture.

3. Put in between two baking sheets and roll out into a thin dough.

4. Cut into squares and bake approximately 20 minutes until crispy.
